Permanent Commission 52nd 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) Course Commencing from January 2025 in the Indian Army
The Indian Army is inviting online applications from unmarried male candidates who have passed their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects and appeared in the JEE (Mains) 2024 examination. These candidates must fulfill the eligibility conditions for the grant of Permanent Commission in the Indian Army under the 52nd 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) commencing from January 2025.
Here are the details of the Indian Army 52nd 10+2 TES: - There are 90 vacancies available. - Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from recognized education boards are eligible to apply. - The age limit is between 16 and a half to 19 and a half years, i.e., born between 02 July 2005 and 01 July 2008 (both days inclusive). - The physical standards require a minimum height of 152 cm and weight of 42 kg. The better eye should have a vision of 6/6, while the worst eye should have a vision of 6/18. - On successful completion of the 4-year course, cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lieutenant in Arms/Services, as per the discretion of Army Headquarters. - The gentlemen cadets will receive a stipend of ₹56100/- per month, which is admissible to NDA cadets after completing 3 years of training. Upon completion of 4 years of training, they will be commissioned in the rank of Lieutenant and entitled to pay as admissible to the rank. - The pay scale for candidates who complete the 4-year course will be in the level-10 of 7th CPC ₹56100-177500, along with MSP ₹15500/- and other allowances.
Selection Process:
The selection process for the Army 52nd 10+2 TES involves appearing in the JEE (Mains) 2024 examination. Only shortlisted eligible candidates, based on the cut-off, will undergo the SSB (Services Selection Board) at one of the Selection Centres, namely Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), or Kapurthala (Punjab). The selection process will be conducted by a Psychologist, Group Testing Officer, and Interviewing Officer.
